What is Eco-Technology and How Does It Relate To Hydration?

This brings me back to my Geology days at the university. Can the energy of minerals (rocks from the earth!) help make water more hydrating to your body?

So you can understand this I want to share with you a story that will bring you onto the same playing field of where I am coming from...

Back in 1998 I ran accross some research on micro-organisms that made so much sense to me. It was about something developed in Japan called "EM". "EM" or Effective Micro-organisms is a blend of symbiotic beneficial microbes which a man named Dr. Higa developed in his search for an alternative to chemical and pesticide (conventional) farming.

What does this have to do with water?

A lot really - bear with me for a minute...

One of the lines of research they started doing in Japan involved fermenting these microbes in clay. They form this symbiotic structural community of microbes in the clay. What Dr. Higa found is that this community of microbes formed such a strong bio-resonance that even when the clay was fired into ceramics the bio-resonance remained!

Bio-Resonance therefore means
'Living Frequencies' or 'Natural Frequencies'.

These natural frequencies were fixed into the ceramic and when they were placed in water it changed the resonance of the water!

In Japan they began producing these special ceramic materials and the idea of this spread throughout asia. These materials are most often referred to as "bio-ceramic" or even "infrared ceramics" because they are believed to emit very low intensity far-infrared waves.

You can put these special ceramic materials in water and it literally changes the tone of the water - this is often referred to as changing the structure.

Why would you call it the "Structure" of your water?

You may need to crack your brain open and allow yourself to think of water differently than you ever have before. Ever since you were a child you have been taught that water is H2O and nothing more. The truth is that water actually is much more than this...

Water actually carries tones or frequencies as it moves. It literally records them like a magnetic tape recorder records music. The molecules of water, which are in constant motion, move about in patterns because they have an uneven electrical charge balance. The pattern of their movement can be described as their structure.

In short water is a "polar molecule".

What Is A Polar Molecule?     Electrons are not always shared equally between two bonding atoms: one atom might exert more of a "pull" on the electron cloud than the other. This "pull" is termed electronegativity and measures the attraction for electrons a particular atom has. The unequal sharing of electrons within a bond leads to the formation of an electric dipole: a separation of positive and negative electric charge.

Think of it simply like this - one side of the water molecule is more positive and one side more negative.

Now you know why water is literally in constant motion. Not only that but you also know why sounds and electrical energy effects this motion of water molecules.

You should also consider the fact that these influences (electrical 'frequency' and sounds) can either speed up the motion of water or slow it down. The faster your water molecules move the softer your water will feel to you because the molecules will have less attraction to each other.

Fact: You can influence water to literally make it "Wetter".

Dr Masuro Emoto in Japan has demonstrated some enlightening aspects of water in recent years. Maybe his work was influential to open your eyes to some very unique qualities of water.

What he has been doing is taking very precise photographs of water right at the point of freezing. He's noticed that even the slightest influence has a strong impact on the flower-like quality of these photographs.

To be clear the most beautiful "flowering" crystal images that Emoto has taken come from some of the highest quality water known. Pristine spring water from the wilderness when photographed in his lab will thus show very unique characteristics when compared to low quality, chlorinated, city tap water.

You may have seen his books with these beautiful pictures of water crystals. Notice also the pictures that he has taken of low quality water. They look more like dirt.

Would you prefer to drink water that looks

You do have a few options these days. But what do these really accomplish?

Are the results tested with valid scientific research? Most aren't validated for better hydration so the results you will get are only speculative - such as:

As I've already explained there are Bio-Ceramic materials which you can get to effect your water. These work but the effects are short lived. Stagnant water must be retreated and mixed.

There are actually a number of products like this with short lived effects and which require bulky materials. Many of these also have a short life span and require replacement. You'll also never be sure that these items will truly help you to better hydrate. Ask for scientific data before you purchase.

There are also various machines you can get which are claiming to make ionized water, alkalized water, vortex water with electric motors (avoid electric motor driven vortex water because the 60Hz EMF destroys the structure), and many more.

Now I've been in this water business for 9 years now dealing with vortex water technology and energetic products. In this time I have yet to see any real scientific data which proves that Alkaline Ionized Water really alkalizes the body.

When you get your StirWand how will you know it's working?

Here's how you can test it:

Choose your strongest flavored beverage - bitter drinks work best such as coffee or tea (herbal tea will work but green or black tea will tend to be more noticeable). Spirits work exceptionally well with this experiment.

Make two cups of your beverage.
